Turlock Children's Dentistry was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a dental home where children feel safe, comfortable, and excited about visiting the dentist. Our founding members, Drs. Liz Arreguin, Minal Desai, and Maliza Oliver, each bring their own unique perspective and expertise to our practice.
Dr. Liz, with her 16 years of experience in the dental field, started as a Registered Dental Assistant before becoming a dentist herself. Her passion for working with kids is evident in every interaction she has with our young patients. Dr. Minal, a highly skilled dentist dedicated to gentle and quality care, has been practicing in the Central Valley since 2003. Lastly, Dr. Maliza, a passionate dentist who has dedicated her career to helping both adults and children maintain optimal oral health, brings her extensive experience and enthusiasm to our team.
Together, we've built a practice that reflects our shared commitment to excellence, compassion, and fun. Our office is designed with kids in mind, featuring colorful murals, comfortable seating, and even a play area where they can burn off some energy before their appointment. We believe that creating a positive dental experience early on sets the stage for a lifetime of good oral health.
At Turlock Children's Dentistry, we offer a wide range of specialized pediatric dental services designed to meet the unique needs of our young patients. Some of our signature services include infant oral exams starting at age one, preventive care such as regular check-ups and cleanings, and fluoride treatments to strengthen teeth and prevent decay. We also offer more specialized treatments like sealants, silver diamine fluoride, and space maintainers. Our team is trained in handling children with special needs, ensuring that every child receives the personalized care they deserve.
We understand that dental emergencies can happen at any time, which is why we're always here to help. Our office is open Monday through Friday, with extended hours on Thursdays and emergency/after-hours care available for those unexpected situations. We accept Medi-Cal, all indemnity and PPO insurances, as well as dental savings plans, making our high-quality care accessible to families from all walks of life.
